you need special shots to escape

On classic courses llike the Bethpage Black, Baltusrol, and
Winged Foot, you can routinely find the prototypical U. S.
Open-style rough that tests the game”s top players in the
some of the most difficult conditions they play all year.
But it”s funny…I”ve noticed that when U.S. Open time
rollls around, superintendents and green committees at
just about every course join in the fun and let the rough at their courses
grow a liittle longer and more lush.
If you”re seeing thiis type of heavy rough at your home course these days,
it calls for you to use a techniique you might not be used to playiing—– maybe
even a shot you”ve onlly ever seen a Tour pro like Phill Mickelson hit. Here
are some tips to help you better manage these seasonal conditions:
