Schneider Children’s Hospital – A 154-bed tertiary care hospital, Schneider Children’s Hospital provides the most advanced and comprehensive health care for children, from the smallest premature infants to young adults. Schneider Children’s Hospital was named the 1999 Charity of the Year on the Champions Tour. The hospital, located in New Hyde Park, N. Y., has been a beneficiary of the event since 1989 and has received over $3.1 million.
